We spend a few days going through submissions and taking note of the available space before we begin making calls, so you may not hear from us right away. Once we have compiled our list and begin calling prospective clients, it may be several days before we are finished booking and at that time we'll post an announcement that booking is closed. If you are coming from out of town, we will make sure to provide ample time to arrange travel before your appointment, so don't worry!
If you've submitted multiple times and not heard back, it could be for a lot of reasons, but it's most likely just due to volume! We appreciate your patience and do try our best to get in new clients each time, but with continuing pieces, the spaces for new projects are limited and it can sometimes take a few months before we're able to get people in!
Once again, out of consideration for other clients, please stick to the idea you submit so that we can make sure we allot the appropriate amount of time for your piece!
You will be asked to place a deposit using a card over the phone when we call to schedule the appointment.
